Out of Capacity
Just a quick update on what is happening with our site: we had a huge number of orders last week, and the volume was so high, that we could not replenish cash reserves fast enough to keep up with the pace. If we kept the order rate at the same level, we would have to start holding the orders.
We are usually fulfilling our orders as fast as possible, and deliberately holding orders would be disastrous for our reputation. So, it was decided that we will temporarily raise up commissions. This would hopefully allow us to keep fulfilling orders at our normal speed.
The hike is not permanent. Old rates will be back in a few days.
This is a growing pain, and we are thankful to all the customers, who do business with us. We will be addressing the problem, so that it doesn't happen again.
UPDATE: Prices rolled back, now only 2% higher.
